ABOUT ME

I am an entrepreneur consultant who provides organizational development strategies for startups and existing small businesses as they grow through environmental changes.

I was born in Far Rockaway Queens, New York, and molded by my parents who migrated from rural Alabama. I studied Architecture and Graphic Design at Art & Design High School where I earned a scholarship to the New York Institute of Technology, My career path changed after I accepted an entry-level position within a Global Financial Institution, where my love for numbers transition from measurements as an Architect to the dollars and cents of Finance. I also was afforded the opportunity to develop as a leader and garner an in-depth understanding of corporate culture.

After quickly rising through the leadership ranks in NYC, I relocated to Hagerstown MD to further my career with the organization in 2004; while maintaining my personal business ventures in NYC. I took a number of lateral roles within the organization to diversify knowledge in  Fraud, Credit and Project Management. I became a Senior Project Manager, VP in 2012 leading Strategic Operational and Operations Enablement Infrastructure initiatives across the organization's North American territories.  I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Business: Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston in 2013, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Through my development as a leader, I have been faced with some failures and many successes when investing in and leading to startups. I support the notion that a business should help the community progress if they want the community to help them profit. I started my consulting company in 2017 and currently serve as a member of Nonprofit Boards supporting the Arts, Education, Basic Needs, Entreprenuership, Equality, Community Revitivation and Leadership. I have also created business networks for minority small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.
